The name “scentiments” was a family member’s idea with a suggestion that scents have such powerful influence on emotions that the two concepts needed to be combined to create a savvy name, which conveyed the message. Hence, scentiments.com was born!
Scentiments.com was created in 1996, when Internet technology was not capable to handle the demands of an online store. The first two years, orders were placed via e-mail or phone, since shopping carts did not exist.
