How can I add, modify or cancel my existing order? We use an automated system, so once an order has been placed it cannot be modified by the customer. Requests for modifications or cancellations must be made to our customer service center by phone or email within 1 hour of submitting the order. Once an order has left our shipping facility it cannot be cancelled. The customer will then be responsible for shipping fees in the event of a return. During the busy holiday seasons we cannot accommodate any cancellations, changes or additions to orders.
How long will it take before orders are processed and shipped? Domestic orders are sent via UPS Ground. Orders are sent out within 48 hours and may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be delivered (unless expedited service is requested). Hawaii and Alaska are shipped through th US Postal service. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the number of items in your order. We are not responsible for delays in the shipment of your order if the billing/shipping information is not correct or if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address. We will contact you via phone or email to verify your order within 24 hours. Please be sure to leave a valid daytime phone number. If we try to contact you by phone and the number is invaild, it could result in the cancellation of your order.

What is a tester? We've all been in department stores and been approached by the fragrance salesperson offering to give us a sample spray, and you notice the line-up of testers on the shelf. What is the deal with 50ml and 100ml and the 1.6 vs 1.7 and 3.3 vs 3.4 controversy? It is all about the measuring. 100 ml equal exactly 3.381 oz. So it makes no "scents" why some companies offer 3.4 and some 3.3 unless they rounded down. According to a conversion website: 100 milliliter = 3.381 ounces [US, liquid] So if you happen to receive a 3.3 oz and ordered a 3.4 it is honest typographical error. You did receive the correct item with the full amount.

Does Scentiments.com sell copies old and or used products? We do not carry or sell any imitations, old, or used items. All of our products are the same quality you would expect to find at the department stores. We sell 100% authentic brand named fragrances. The only thing unreal at Scentiments are the prices. Can I have my order delivered to a post office box? No, UPS does not deliver packages to post office boxes. Due to recent US Postal Service Regulations, we can no longer ship fragrances via Priority Mail. To have order processed you must provide a physical address.
Do you ship internationally? We have suspended international orders at this time.
Once the order has left Scentiments.com, who is responisble for delivery? Once the order has left our premises, it is up to our carrier (UPS or USPS) to deliver the package. On your behalf we will seek recourse for anything lost or damaged and replace and damages or missing prodcuts.
Do you charge tax on your orders? We only collect 6% tax on orders shipped within the state of Florida.
What is your return policy? Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt, you may return any item (excluding skin care and mascara) in its original condition (with the box and unused). Just fill out the form on your invoice and return it with the shipment. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets the above mentioned condition. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is defective. Reimbursable shipping costs cannot not exceed our published per item shipping costs. The 30 day policy may be extended as long as the item is in its original saleable condition. Defective items will be covered as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was sold. Due to hygienic concerns all skin care and mascara purchases are final.
Are customers required to pay the shipping charges for items that are being returned? As mentioned above, we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If we have made a mistake, we will pay for the shipping costs. If a incorrect item is shipped in error or double shipped and the customer refuses to return the Item at Scentiments' cost. The customer will be charged for the full value of the product plus shipping. So if you order a 20 dollar fragrance and a 200 dollar perfume arrives, sorry you don't get to keep it
What if my order arrives damaged? If your purchase arrived damaged please contact us immediately. You must keep all contents and packaging for 10 business days. All claims against the common carrier will be made by us. Failure to keep all contents and packaging will result in the non-payment of claim.
Can I pay for my order by check or money order, what types of payments do you accept?
