How do I track my package? A shipment notification that contains your tracking information will be emailed to you. You can also track your package through our website. Simply click on the "order status" link located on the left side navigation of the this page.
What if my order arrives damaged? If your purchase arrived damaged please contact us immediately. Claims must be submitted to our customer service center within three (3) business days. You must keep all contents and packaging for 10 business days. All claims against the common carrier will be made by us. Failure to keep all contents and packaging will result in the non-payment of claim. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after three (3) business days.

Returns and Exchanges: Our return policy is simple: within 30 days of receipt, you may return any item (excluding skin care and mascara) in its original condition (with the box and unused.) Just fill out the form on your invoice and return it with the shipment.We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets the above condition. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is defective. Reimbursable shipping costs cannot not exceed our published per item shipping costs. The 30 day policy may be extended as long as the item is in its original saleable condition. Defective items will be covered as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was sold. Due to hygienic concerns all skin care and mascara purchases are final.**Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return**
